What a full profile contains

How your request is handled

• We record your name, email, organisation, role and any message.
• We use them only to review your request and reply to it. We do not use them for marketing.
• They are stored in private storage with our hosting provider, Vercel, in London, and can be read only by the editor through our hosting account.
• The editor deletes each request within 12 months of receiving it. Deletion is done by hand, not automatically. To ask for earlier deletion, reply to any email from us or send a new request saying so in the message.
• Each request is reviewed by hand. Submitting one does not grant access by itself.
